Weekly Update (08/09-08/15)
Belleville, IL (08/09/2021) The fourth leg of the POWRi QMRA California Monza Series for the teams and drivers of the Golden State has been completed at the magnificent Madera, CA track of Good Times Quarter Midget Association. After months of waiting for local and state ordinances to allow outdoor motorsports events, the Good Times Quarter Midget Association came back full force with an exciting weekend for part four of the POWRi Quarter Midget California Monza Series.
Following the GTQMA Monza, drivers and team members will have one month to prepare at their local POWRi QMR track for the Fifth Leg of the California Monza Series at American Quarter Midget Association with practice and parking starting on Friday, September 3rd with racing to follow throughout the weekend.

Hayer Memorial Night Race to Return in August
The Battle in the Grove soon returns to Capitol Quarter Midget Association with DSO #7 and #8 on August 14th and 15th with registration for the event opening soon. The following weekend, the Hayer Memorial Night Race followed by the Pediatric Cancer Awareness Race will take place August 21st and August 22nd. Drivers from the Sacramento County can look forward to one of the few night races taking place at the Rio Linda track during the 2021 Season as they gather for one of the most important races of the year. Memorial Night Race
The Annual Klitzing Memorial Night Race is coming back at Tri-Valley Quarter Midget Association on Saturday, August 28th. The annual night race in remembrance of Rich Klitzing is sure to bring in drivers and teams looking to make their mark in Quarter Midget history as they attempt to make Fast Time at this commemoratory event. Monza Mania Coming
With a month of preparation between Monza Leg #4 and Monza Leg #5, the officials and track crew of American Quarter Midget Association are hard at working finalizing details and plans for their edition of the POWRi Quarter Midget Association California Monza Series. The AQMA Monza will follow the established Monza Points, Format, and Rule structure that has been utilized throughout the 2021 season. Parking and practice day is slated for Friday, September 3rd with Qualifying, Heats, and Lower Mains taking place on Saturday, with Sunday, September 5th scheduled to run A-Mains and award ceremonies. Baylands Quarter Midget Association
Club Race #5 and #6
After a month break, the Baylands Quarter Midget Association brought the fierce drivers of the Santa Clara County back to the historic facility with Club Races #5 and #6. Drivers looking forward to the next Club Races will have until Saturday, August 21st and 22nd to prepare themselves and their cars for the seventh and eighth running of the Club Races. Night Light Night Life Gets Bright
After the first night race was rained out, the drivers and teams of the Bonds County based quarter midget track are looking ahead to August 14th for the next iteration of Saturday Night Action. Being the second of four nighttime races slated for the 2021 Season, a night of quarter midget open wheel racing action is sure to bring plenty of excitement to Bond County.

Races Soon Starting
With races only a month away, the officials and track crews of the POWRi QMR Southern Nevada Racing Association are working to finalize all items on their pre-season check list before the first race of the season kicks off. Starting off on September 18th, the Fast & Furious Fall Series takes on the Clark County Fairgrounds in Logansdale, NV. Drivers and teams wanting to participate will be required to be a POWRi QMR Member and follow all POWRi QMR rules such as running Hoosier race tires on all four corners of the car. Valley of the Sun Quarter Midget Association
2021-2022 Scheduled Released
The schedule for the 2021-2022 season has been released for the POWRi QMR Valley of the Sun Quarter Midget Association. Kicking off the season will be an Arrive and Drive on Saturday, August 21st. Aspiring drivers and hopeful parents alike can come take 10 laps around a real racetrack in a real car with full safety equipment being worn for only $25 can receive a track t-shirt as well.
